This event is for fast-growing companies Pre & Post series-A that are scaling from 20-50+ employees and are interested in best practice for technology, HR, operations, compliance and more.

The format of the evening will be welcome drinks, canapés and networking, along with a 30-minute talk from our guest speaker.

The topic of this month’s event is on ‘The 7 Steps of a company’s Lifecycle – from Startup to Post Series-A’, emphasising on practical and legal issues relating to growth and fundraising with our guest speaker, Lindsay Healy Corporate Partner from Aria Grace Law.

As well as being a great opportunity to network and share experiences with other successful industry leaders at fast-growing companies, this will also be a chance for our guests to understand each other’s businesses, potentially leading to new sales, referrals, and partnerships.

The topic of this event is cognitive and mental health in the workplace. This is a very relevant subject for fast growth companies where founders and employees are under huge pressure to deliver and exceed on targets, valuations and expansion plans.

We are excited to welcome guest speaker Keiron Sparrowhawk, Founder and CEO at fast growing HealthTech company MyCognition.

Keiron is a former neuroscientist with over 40 years of medical development experience. After a successful career in pharmaceuticals he led PriceSpective to a $60 million exit in 2012.

Keiron founded MyCognition, which is a leading, global cognitive health company, according to Bill and Melinda Gates, among the best in the world. Based on his breadth of experience in the neuroscience space and his own personal battles with mental illness, MyCognition has developed NHS approved products enabling individuals of all ages to track, strengthen and maintain their mental health, promote good performance and behaviour.
