PayrHealth is a full-service provider solutions organization providing RCM, credentialing and managed care contracting services to medical providers of all types.
PayrHealth launched the Manila office from the start without prior existing infrastructure. This took dedicated planning with intense internal discussions to work out how best to manage the logistics when working with partners in the Philippines.
PayrHealth decided to work with NVOY to manage the accounts and distribution locally to address these logistical challenges, John Dionisio, CIO at PayrHealth said, “the biggest challenge prior to partnering with NVOY was resolving the local challenges. For example, when purchasing equipment in bulk (60+ monitors for example), it was always difficult to know if and when they would arrive. That and seasonal reasons, such as back-to-school and holidays were always a big challenge as you never know if the equipment you need would be available”.
After PayrHealth presented the scenario of logistics as mentioned above, NVOY ran through previous relevant experience with office fit outs and provided insights into best practice around delivery based on knowledge of the local area.
Within four months, NVOY delivered a total of 90 peripherals, including 25 Workstations, 60 monitors, 5 laptops, and deployed them all in dual monitor setup. NVOY was able to help with ad-hoc purchases of peripherals like headsets, webcams, a printer, and even a mobile phone.
NVOY was also able to connect with PayrHealth’s IT Team in the USA to enrol all the devices into PayrHealth’s MDM platform. With this enrolment, applications, user and security profiles, and MS Windows customizations could be deployed within hours for our users.
